We wanted to offer you a Fair Distance menu, with products from sustainable and responsible agriculture. Our daily choices are important for both our health and that of the environment.

The 1990 tasting menu celebrates the roots of our agriturismo, born more than thirty-five years ago with love for our land and passion for traditional Sardinian cuisine. A gastronomic journey that combines the authentic flavors of the island with careful research of raw materials and innovative techniques, enhancing the quality and essence of our ingredients.

Booking a table is easy and takes only a couple of minutes. We require a credit or debit card to guarantee your reservation. The reservation is valid only after receiving a confirmation email from us.
